Red Pepper Online, a division of ProcureTrade (Pty) Ltd is a distributor and not a publisher of content (including information, data, and other material) supplied by a third party. Neither Red Pepper Online nor any of its directors, employees, or agents, or any third party content providers, merchants, sponsors, or licensors guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Red Pepper Online (or any of its directors, employees, or agents) be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through Red Pepper Online.

Pricing
All prices listed on our web site are quoted inclusive of VAT at 15% but exclude delivery charges.

Although we try to keep the price and availability of items on our web site as up to date as possible, this information may change without prior notice from the publisher, and sometimes within a matter of hours. From time to time, an item may be listed as available on our web site that has either gone out of print; gone into reprint with no due date; or the publication of the book has been postponed indefinitely or even abandoned. If you order such an item, you will be notified as soon as we are made aware of the problem by the supplier and your order will be cancelled immediately. Should payment for your order have been made, you will be refunded immediately, in full. Red Pepper Online has no obligation to provide you with any item that is no longer available or has increased significantly in price as we are not the manufacturers of any product on our web site. We will however always attempt to source a copy of the product from an alternative supplier, should one be available.

Claims
Although rare, it is possible that an item shipped could get lost in transit. If an item is not received within thirty (30) days after the shipment date, please notify our Customer Care Team.

Claims for orders which may have been lost in the post must be submitted no later than forty-five (45) days from the date your item was shipped.

Cancellations
All orders placed through our web site are considered firm orders and may not be cancelled once processed, unless the item ordered has exceeded the estimated delivery time stipulated alongside the book, or under a specific circumstance where both the Customer and Red Pepper Online have consented to the cancellation.

Returns
All sales are firm and returns and refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Red Pepper Online and ProcureTrade (Pty) Ltd.
Credits will be issued on APPROVED returns only. Good returned without written approval will not be refunded.
Should you wish to return an item please notify us first to inform us of the reason for your return by contacting us via either:

Returns must be received by us within 21 (calendar) days of the date that we dispatched the item to you. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the parcel is at your expense, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part. Please include your order or invoice number in the box of the return so that your refund can be processed.

We will not be able to accept the return of an item in the following situations:

• If we receive a returned item later than three weeks after the date of dispatch
• If the item is not in mint condition (i.e. in the condition in which you received it)
• If it is a non-returnable item

In any of these cases we will not be able to process a refund and you will be liable for the costs of re-delivering the item to you. It is your responsibility to package the item securely to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.

Should the reason for the return be due to no error on the part of Red Pepper Online, you will be liable for a handling fee of 20% of the price paid for the product returned, including VAT. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Refunds
You will be refunded according to the payment method used when placing your order. For payments made via EFT or Direct Deposit we require your banking details in order to process your refund.

Your refund will processed within 2–3 days of receipt of the returned items. As refunds need to be processed by the banks, it may take an additional 5 days for your refund to reflect in your account.

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfil your specific request. This information is only used to fulfil your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Payment
Red Pepper Online accepts the following methods of payment:

• MasterCard
• Visa
• Electronic Funds Transfer and Direct Deposit
• Cash or cheque deposit

Payment in advance is required on all orders. Credit cards are charged in full on receipt of orders. Orders placed using EFT or Direct Deposit as a payment option will only be processed on receipt of payment.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Red Pepper Online by PayGate who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
Red Pepper Online takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
