At Red Pepper Online, we care about the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, our suppliers, and everybody's families. With some of our teams working from the office and others working from home, business continues as normal. While our courier delivery service is working as usual (albeit constrained), customers also have the option of collecting their orders from our Randburg offices under strict, pre-arranged and hygiene-controlled conditions.
Our entire team is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Because we are rotating staff at the office, with our main focus being having staff available on-site to receive and despatch stock, our Customer Care team may not be in the office every day, but they will be attending to emails and calls from home. Please be patient with us if there are delays in response times due to issues associated with working remotely (like network connectivity, children who need lunch, or a dog who has just eaten somebody's homework) - we know how frustrating it can be when you need an answer NOW!

Books that are in stock will be picked and packed and be ready for collection within 24 hours. Everything that is not in stock will immediately be ordered from the publishers.
