Library Supply

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” — Aristotle

Red Pepper Online is a well-known, recognised supplier of books to libraries (academic, corporate, government, school and public), companies, schools and private individuals across Southern Africa.

Red Pepper Online was formed as a subsidiary of ProcureTrade (Pty) Ltd in November 2015 through the amalgamation of a team of skilled and passionate individuals with over two decades of combined experience in the book industry.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Red Pepper Online, we believe that books are the cornerstone of society. We believe that books really do change lives. We believe that as a company we have a moral obligation to grow readers in our country, to get people excited about books, and to remind people of how powerful they can become, simply by absorbing the wisdom contained between millions of pages.

Books are the grand messengers of the world. We’re here to help spread those messages. And we’re taking a portion of every book we sell and ploughing it back into society into projects that fund education and literacy in South Africa.

HOW WE CAN MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER

As a librarian, we know that you’re not just a person standing behind a counter wearing a pair of spectacles issuing books to patrons.

Red Pepper Online provides services that help librarians and information specialists get their jobs done faster and more efficiently. We specialise in library-supply and offer a guaranteed hassle-free service.

We do not hold stock of books, but if it’s out there we’ll find it, order it, and deliver it to your door. We have excellent relationships with publishers and book distributors across the world. Whether it’s a hardback or paperback, an e-book, an audio book, sheet music, a standard or even a set of conference papers, there is very little that we are unable to supply. Simply tell us what you want and we'll find it for you! Our team of highly-trained book specialists know exactly where to start looking.
